What the capital actually does.
We are a small family office, not a development institution. But first cheques land at the point of maximum risk, and where they land matters.
Four kinds of impact we can honestly claim.
We would rather state a few things we can stand behind than publish a page of numbers we cannot evidence.
Most of our positions were taken before any institutional investor was involved, and often before a priced round existed. That is the point in a company's life where capital is hardest to find and does the most work — the difference between a team that keeps building and one that goes back to jobs.
Every portfolio company gets structuring, tax and compliance support from our own team at no cost. Founders who came to us with reconstructed books and undocumented cap tables are now able to open a data room in a week. That is invisible from the outside and decisive when a round arrives.
A meaningful share of the portfolio sits in cybersecurity, defence technology, applied AI and health — categories where Indian founders build genuinely hard things but early capital is thin because the buyer cycles are long and the demos are unglamorous.
Every founder who applies gets a written answer within 21 days, with reasons. Hundreds of founders have received a considered response and moved on with their time intact, including — especially — the ones we did not back.
Three commitments.
In writing, within 21 days, with a reason. No exceptions and no silent declines.
Professional support to portfolio companies is not billed back, directly or through an affiliate.
Minority positions, no board control, no veto over ordinary business. Founders run their companies.
